Twice received wrong item
I did not received the correct gemstone. I ordered a London blue topaz and was sent a blue topaz. I reordered a London blue topaz and again received a blue topaz. There is a big difference. I finally gave up.

I had the exact same issue as the other reviewer and with another piece from this brand. The item pictured is a dark London Blue topaz but I received a light blue topaz...VERY DISAPPOINTED
