Tarnished and returned
While other departments of Nordstrom do a great job on their parts, fulfillment team can be a problem, especially those take care of jewelry. It has been a few times I’m very disappointed with the way they packed items, even with expensive diamond necklace/ring.. This time, they shipped me tarnished earrings. Fortunately, it’s not final sales and I still can return.
