I would not buy again.
It's a great boot! And my daughter loves them but she wore them a full day out in the sun and they are super discolored and are no longer a bright color. They turned a brown color and I'm very upset about them. She will no longer wear them.

Love these boots
Boots are perfect for my toddler to put on himself, the hand holes maybe could be better for a taller boot but as long as the kiddo isn't standing in a deep puddle, these are perfect so everyday rainwear

Great little kids boots

Heavy
Bought Skipper Monsters for my daughter because she likes monsters but I was disappointed that on website photos they look so much brighter. And these boots are HEAVY! Not sure I want my 1.5 y.o. to drag her feet in these especially in spring/summer. I don't think I even want myself to be wearing heavy boots like these even if they may be comfortable. I regret the purchase.

Fun Print
This is the third pair of bogs my toddler has owned. I love the print and how flexible they are. We found these to run about a size larger but since she loves them we decided to keep them and we ordered a size down in a different print.
