This is not a Blu Pepper dress
I ordered 2 of these because I usually like the Blu Pepper brand. They are not Blu Pepper. They are called "The Workshop". They are a cheap thin feeling fabric. Although it is partially lined it still does not feel quality. Also, it's not 100% Rayon as listed, it is a Rayon, Nylon blend. Just not what I was expecting. Also it ran small. Returning.
