Floral Midi Dress

I sized up assuming I’d need a little more space up top being a d cup, but the dress wound up being slightly loose everywhere else and impossibly tight around the bust. Neckline much too low, straps too long (even on my 5’9” frame), and almost impossible to zip. Once I did get it zipped, it was so low cut my chest could easily fall out of it with the wrong movement and the zipper was buckled in several places at the back because of the bad proportioning. Would only fit someone less than b cup and over 6 feet and slim. There has been no attention paid to the pattern on the seams so there are strange black gaps with no flowers that really stand out, even at first glance. Also worth noting that the tag does not match the advertised brand.

Love everything about this dress except the straps, which are elastic yet sooo loose that they hung more like an off-the-shoulder fit would. They're not adjustable, but maybe they could be tailored to actually fit? FWIW I'm relatively small-boobed and my shoulders are of average narrowness, I think, but neither of these measurements is typically enough to make the top halves of dresses like this one be absolutely falling all the way down with zero hope of staying up without being pinned or otherwise altered. Such a shame!!
