Giada Waterproof Bootie (Women)

My initial reaction when I got my order was that the color was much more dull and not as rich as the brown pictured. They look cheap in person and the leather is the kind that scratches super easily. My outer calf also rubbed against the boot when I tried them on which makes me look more bowed than they actually are (no thanks) so these will be going back.

Gorgeous boots & I so wish they had worked well for me. Sadly I am bow legged so the outer edge of the boot rubbed against my calf uncomfortably, even just trying them on & walking around the house, I just knew it would only get worse with repeated wear. If you're not bow legged I doubt this would be an issue. They claim the footbed is padded & it is, but its not nearly as cushiony as a *very* similar pair of naturalizer boots I bought here at nordstrom just a few week ago. If you don't do a lot of walking that may not be as important to you. The main diff between the two pairs of boots is these don't have a lugged sole like the others; that's an aesthetic plus imho but a functional minus. Combined with the fact that these aren't as comfy in the footbed I will take the aesthetic loss of a lugged sole & keep the much more comfortable naturalizer boots & return these.
