Etana Waterproof Block Heel Bootie

I bought this bought online and I received a damaged boot. I knew it was damaged as soon as I opened the box. There are extreme scuff marks on the boots suede exterior. I reached out to customer service and they said they can’t give me a refund or a replacement as these were final sale. Even if an item is final sale, a refund or replacement should be offered for damaged/defective items.

This is my first pair of Blondos and I love these shoes! They are stylish and comfortable. I got caught in a heavy rain in them and my feet stayed totally dry! I have had them for about a month and used them for regular, everyday wear most days, and a couple times walked in them for a mile or two. When I first got them I had to break them in a bit, but not more than most shoes. The seude still looks great after a month. There is a small amount of wear on the heel, but not much. I am giving them 3 stars because the sole of one of the heels broke off after almost a month of wear. It looks like it was held together by glue, which wore out. I may keep anyway and try to fix, because otherwise these shoes are great!

I’ve been wearing Blondo for years and I am always a 6.5. In other shoes I range between 6.5 or 7, and very often order 7 in boots to wear with thick socks. I ordered a 6.5 in this boot and it was extremely loose, even with my thickest wool socks. In addition, the quality was poor and not what I remember from previous purchases. The suede looked cheap and felt thin. It was also a duller and darker brown than pictured. To be fair, the shape of the boot is very nice and on trend. These are going back, sadly.

Something about these shoes made my feet hurt; I think they don't have any cushion in the sole as I've worn higher heels without issue. After four months, the sole of the heel came apart. I had a heck of a time returning these at was past the Nordstrom return window, but really a $90 boot should last longer than 4 months. I'm sad these are now in a landfill.

After one wear of this boot, the heel of one of the booth came off.

These are cute, true to size, good heel height. The color could have been better that’s why it’s a four star for me.

I used to love my Blondo boots until I purchased this pair. After 3 months of wear, the fabric on the heals is splitting and the structure on the interior of the heel is collapsing. I am extremely disappointed in the quality.

This boot is extremely small. I usually wear an 8, ordered an 8 and could not wear it at all. Returning!

I have many other blondes I’ve had for years. I got the navy size 10. Each boot fit differently. One was tight in the ankle and toe box and uncomfortable in the insole. Will have to return. Poor quality
