Please tag better!

It was a poor choice by Nordstrom Rack to put the price sticker on the suede heal of this Birkenstock.

Sent the wrong color

I have been trying to order the mint color which is labeled "green green", I ordered online and received the olive. I took to the store to return and re-ordered to get the correct color. Again I was sent the wrong color. The store told me to stop ordering because the color doesn't match the picture, yet still as I write this review there is the mint color shown as available for order.

Black Friday price

Bought for daughter as Christmas gift but got size 38 instead of 37. Trying to exchange it with exact item, same color in a smaller size and the cashier said that I have to pay the difference since it is no longer on sale

Received dirty used/worn Shoes

Opened them up and immediately put them back in the box to return. Shoes had like black smudging around the buckle and dirt marks on the foot bed. Small hair and rocks on the bottom of the shoes.

wrong color sent not once but twice!!???

For some reason, ordering the green green color (a mint green) got me the mud green color. Two very different colors. I don’t understand what is happening at the warehouse but this is grossly incompetent.

beautiful style and color

I decided to venture away from the Arizona’s for something slightly elevated. I love the Madrid style. Comfortable as expected and the Tobacco color is a beautiful, light but still warm enough color. The big buck looks right. I am an 8.5 and 39 was perfect.

Fun color!

This design is handsome and sophisticated for a sandal making a Hermes hint. The only thing is the shoes weren’t comfortable on my feet like my other ones by Birkenstock so I returned them with regret.
