How hard is it to send a new, unworn, shoe in the correct size? These were worn (dirty inside) and a sz 37 in a size 38 box……….DO BETTER. I haven’t shopped here in a very long time due to similar issues. This was my first trip back. And my last, I’m done!

Beautiful shoe
This shoe is so hard and uncomfortable. It also has a crease so that it goes under your toes and it’s meant to make them even more comfy but it made my toe area hurt so bad, it’s been 3 days since I have worn them and they still hurting. I don’t think Birkenstock thought of a foam comfort in between the leather and sole of the shoe.

This is different in so many ways... first made smaller in size and way too snug on the top ? I have a taller arch on top and on bottom almost impossible to keep on strap needed ...but smaller size is great and I don't need the strap it's so uncomfortable way to stiff ? Trying to see if it stretches or gives at all???
