These shoes have been WORN
A few weeks ago I ordered the leather Birkenstock Bend Low in brown leather, they came nicely packed, were new, loved them. So I ordered a pair in a beige suede. They came in a bag, no cardboard inserts(or anything as far as that goes to maintain the integrity of the shoe) , laces were messed up and worst of all, they had obviously been worn. The bottom of the shoe is not clean, there is a smudge or something on the side of one of them, and the back of one also shows slight damage. If Nordstrom Rack is in the business of selling used footwear, they need to list it as such.
