Arizona Essentials Waterproof Slide Sandal(Women)

I call these Birkenstocks my “Bepto’s. For the pink color AND every step I take in them it sounds like I have a severe case of flatulence. My daughter bought them for my birthday. Unfortunately I wore them outside thinking the fart sound would go away. But alas, it didn’t. So now at seventy I am resigned to the noise. I sure as heck am not going for a second pair.

No where in the description of this shoe did it say it was Plastic. I hate them, and they were not worth $50 for sure. Completely dissatisfied.

Buckle broke after only 2 days - were cute and comfy but obviously not good quality

The shoe ripped by the buckle area within a week of wearing them. SO disappointing!

I think this is a great purchase. Considering I got the black in 6/6.5 I’d say I got pretty lucky bc it’s always sold out in other stores. The only reason why I gave it a 3 bc of the placement of the tag. It was placed on top of the logo-Birkenstock, so when I peeled the tag some of the print also came off with it. Overall I prefer this style over the Arizona. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and cheaper. But if you can find your size at the full line store- then I’d get it there instead since the rack price is full price.

I didn’t really want to pay full price for birks so this was the next big option! Love the black on black. These are really comfortable and easy for on-the-go travel.

I had high expectations for these sandals, given their widespread acclaim. However, they didn't meet my personal comfort needs. Sizing was an issue; as a 7.5, I found them running slightly large. More significantly, the arch support was too rigid and hard for walking. While the color and price were appealing, the discomfort outweighed any positives, leading me to return them.

Wider than I had thought but accurate description. Comfortable to wear - no break in necessary.

I purchased both the black and white Eva Waterproof Arizona Birkenstocks back in January. I figured the white would be a perfect sandal for special occasions when I want to wear something crisp. I have literally worn them twice this summer and today I noticed orange colored stains on the footbed of my white Evas. I just looked at other reviews and this does not seem to be uncommon unfortunately. My black ones have been worn almost every day this summer - no complaints. However, to spend $50 on white sandals that stained immediately due to oxidation, well that is disappointing. Since this was an in store purchase, I will bring them in to see what they say about a refund or replacement.

These sandals were only worn a few times and they ripped on both sides at the base of the strap. When I went in to try and return them I was told I couldn’t return them because that’s how they are. So, not worth $50 for only a few wears.

Birkenstocks used to be substantial, solid shoes. Now they seem to be cheap versions of that. They have become skinnier and flimsy. As someone who has worn them since the late 1980s, I can attest this to all makes and models of the Birkenstock lines.

Undeniably comfortable with a bad habit, they fart. When I take steps the unflattering squelch of a fart noise happens. Very unlady like.
