very small, maybe a manufacturing issue
I usually wear a size 27 for high waist but in reading the reviews I went 28. Still WAY too small. Fit more like a 25/26. The color green is nice and bright, not too neon nor too dirty. I’ll give I to my 12 year old to try. It might fit her better.

I have quite a few billabong pants in my closet (that are non stretchy) and I’m usually a 30 or 31. These pants (stretchy fabric) I ordered a 31 fit like about a size 26 waist…I could barely button them. Hips were tight too. Legs fit nicely and the cut is cute but I just can’t get over the waist…sooo ridiculously tiny. And they don’t carry a size above 31? Wondering if I got a defunct pair because it’s giving 2000s diet culture size warp

Great wide leg jeans
These wide leg jeans are great - not too wide! The length is great too. I'm just under 5'4" and I don't need to hem them - fits fine with heels and flats for me. I felt they run a little small. I'm usually a 27 and I went up in size to 28, which fit great. Got the same pair in the surf spray (light blue) color.

cute fit but bad quality
I loved the fit of these and the length was perfect even for me at 5’8” but the material was soooo thin. Even my nude seamless underwear you could see through. It was not forgiving at all. The material was not great on your stomach also. I ended up returning because you could literally see the tag through the pants.
