It's a NO for me.
I know a lot of women like this top, but I don't! I got it in gray, size M. I'm 5'8", about 140 lbs. It fit fine. Almost a bit big but hid my tummy.
I found the material to be soft, yes, but so thin and clingy. I couldn't imagine wearing it in the hot summer, nor could I imagine working out and sweating in it.

I usually prefer tank tops,

It’s a little too tight in the arms and a little too loose at the waist for my comfort. The material is super soft and if you’re a T-shirt type of girl, when you work out, this will be perfect for you.
