Rosette Velvet Stripe Sheath Dress

This dress is lovely. It does have allot going on, ruched waist, crepe and velvet panel down the side and slit up one side. And of course the flower at the shoulder. But it all works. The flower on shoulder is subtle and holds up well since it has velvet and crepe. The velvet panel makes the dress even more slimming. Overall this dress is a few notches above a plain Navy Blue sheath dress. It fits like a glove cause if the stretch and fully lined. I wore similar earrings as the model and nude pumps to an evening wedding.
