Surprise find
Needed a dress for black tie wedding, saw this after searching thru many dresses at Saks, Bloomingdale’s and private boutiques. Honestly was not expecting to like it, but I did! Fits perfectly, fabric comfortable and will be easy to travel with. No alterations or special undergarments required. The price was less than the shoes and way less than the evening bag…great deal!

Lovely Formal Gown
This is a lovely dark navy gown that would be perfect for a military ball or other formal occasion. The dress is true to size (just follow the size chart), elegantly sexy, and the material is thick/stretchy with careful rouching to smooth any lumps/bumps in the mid-section. The reason for the 4 Stars is that this dress is incredibly long! Granted I am 5'4" tall but even with 4 1/2 " heels this dress dragged about another 3-4" on the ground behind me. The on-line pics don't show this detail: the dress has a lovely train that extends far beyond the back of the dress. For petite gals, a little loop on the end of the dress is needed to ensure against tripping hazards. However, this option takes away from the elegance of the dress. I just knew that I could not dance - or even walk - safely due to the length of the dress. Hemming it is super expensive (I was given an estimated of $100 to hem) due to the nature of the dress cut. I highly recommend this dress to any gal at least 5'7" tall willing to wear a 3"+ heel. Sadly, I returned it! :(
