Sturdy, cool & comfortable
Love me some DM’s! These were immediately comfortable for me. No breaking in. My normal shoe size is 8.5, always an 8 in Doc’s. Roomy still, need to wear a sock even. I had them in black already and snatched this tan colour on sale. It’s more nude/blush than tan, which I happened to love. Matches everything somehow. Pair with tights, a dress or those borne again bell bottom jeans. Highly recommend. The platform makes them a little heavy, so if you’re not used to the weight of thos brand, maybe start with a ‘normal’ pair of Doc’s first.

Strap Too Short to Close
The strap across the instep was too short and would not close properly. I sent them back because of that malfunction.

I’ve had several pairs of docs but these are my all time favorite pair! They go with everything and are oh so cute. I think they look better in person. I’ve been wearing thick socks with them and so far they haven’t been too much of a pain to break in. I’m on my 4th wear and they are very comfy already. I wear size 6 in doc sandals and 6.5 in sneakers and got size 6 in the Bethan’s, perfect fit.

Quality control issues
We received the shoes in a very torn up box that wasn't even for the brand. There were very deep scratches on one of the shoes and it came with the security tag still attached! I really wanted to return it but my daughter has been looking for this style for a while now and begged me to let her keep it. I relented and really hope we can figure out how to get these scratches buffed out. How does one think shipping out something in this condition is acceptable? Anyhow, thought I'd leave a review with my experience so buyers beware!
