So glad I bought it
I wear an 18W and this coat fits with some room to spare. It has the quality of much higher priced waxed jackets and coats, which is certain stiffer than plain cotton, though it softens with wear. I did not expect the quilted lining because the description says 100% cotton. The lining appears to be lightly filled polyester, so the coat is not warm enough for the depth of winter but idea for chilly, damp fall and spring days. Maybe the lining is where the plastic bottles another reviewer mentioned are...?
