Great Item
Excellent product for my lunchtime routine. I was making a sandwich and bringing "snacks" in separate sandwich bags. Now, I have less items and can add more to the container.

Not Good
I bought four of these as I meal prep my lunches on Sunday’s.
I’ve had two of them break at the hinges. I didn’t post a review when the first one happened as I thought it may just have been a manufacture error but to have two break is a bit ridiculous.
The other thing I don’t like about it is that it isn’t leak proof. You can’t have something like yoghurt in one of the smaller compartments and a sandwich in another as the yoghurt will leak into the compartment with the sandwich in it.
For a product that is as expensive at it is it is not something I’m happy with it be spending money on again.

Design flaw
I love these lunch boxes, but unfortunately this Modern version has a design flaw in that the closure tab breaks off repeatedly. My son uses one of these for his school lunch, and we've had 2 replacements since purchasing a new one in August 2025, despite it only being used for school and following all the care and use instructions.

Awful leakage!
I picked my daughter up from school. She told me her lunch was ruined and she was starving. Come to find out it’s leaking(the other one we have does too). We’ve love bento in the past but this is a waste!

Leaking
I bought this because it promised to be leak-proof, but it completely failed. Even the bottom-right compartment leaked when I put a salad in it, and the juice spread into the other sections. As a result, all of my other dry food ended up soaked in salad dressing.
