Latch are of poor quality!
Both my kindergarten and preK goer had this lunch box and the latch is of poor quality, it didn’t last a full school year. I am now looking to see what I can replace it with but there’s no replacement parts. We love all bentgo products initially and have 2 complete sets from backpacks to lunch bags and multiple lunch and snack boxes. I am so saddened that due to this I will be looking elsewhere to make a set and i definitely don’t recommend this.

Broken latch
I bought this snack box for my kindergartner in July ‘24 and unfortunately, it didn’t even last a full school year. The latch broke rendering the entire box useless. Bentgo doesn’t sell or provide replacement parts for their boxes which is extremely disappointing. I purchased this box to cut down on waste and had expected to last much longer. I wish the the snack boxes were more durable and I would love for Bentgo to offer replacement parts.
The box was great while it lasted, but I will not be purchasing again.
