Fell apart after 45 fays
I loved this bag, it was so easy to keep organized and carry my heavy laptop. Until, approximately 45 days after receipt, the corners of the bags began unravelling. I contacted Nordstrom Rack customer service to request an exchange and they told me that I was out of luck, and they could not help because I was past the return window. It now looks so sloppy and destroyed is unusable. It is truly a waste of money. Unless, of course, yours happens to fall apart within 30 days then maybe Nordstrom Rack's customer service may deign to pay attention to you. Apparently, Nordstrom Rack only takes responsibility for selling defective products if that defect appears in a 30-day time frame.

Loved then hated
Loved this bag until it started to fall apart. Beis refused to fix or replace because I purchased it from Nordstrom. Now it sits because it will fall apart if I put my laptop in it.

DON’T BUY
This bag is so cute and a perfect size, but the stitching is coming off all over. I just received this in the mail yesterday 4/23/2025, and haven’t even used it for a full day and it’s already coming apart. Also has a bad odor.
