Hardware Ring Hobo Bag

This bag is very poor quality. The suede like material sheds constantly. Small black particles come off and get everywhere, on my hands, my clothes, and on everything inside the bag. Every time I use the bag, my hands and belongings become covered in these black particles and it is hard to get rid off black dust. I contacted customer support about this issue, but I never received any response. This is very disappointing. I would not recommend this product.
