Powder Original Dry Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dry shampoo worked very well in my hair and was easy to use. It did not leave a residue, as a lot of dry shampoos do. Applying it was easy and it absorbed nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like how this is more environmentally friendly packaging, but I do like the application of an aerosol can more. It feels tough to distribute evenly. It does help with greasy spots and I reach for it occasionally.

Overall, simply too messy when using regular dry shampoo spray would be faster and easier. I get the environmental approach, but please rethink the containers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dry shampoo is very easy to use and it makes my hair look fresher immediately. I really recommend this because it’s smaller than regular dry shampoo and can be packed in my bag.

I like the design cause it’s perfect to throw in your bag & great for on the go. The only downside to the product is the white outcast it leaves on your roots even if you rub the product in other than that it’s a great product overall.

There’s nothing wrong with the product but I really struggled to get the packaging open, so I can’t give this one an overall positive review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is just okay. The powder had already leaked out of the packaging when i got it. I found the packaging confusing. The hole looked the same no matter which way i turned it, so I could never tell if it was open or not. The hole is so small, and the powder kept getting clogged. It was too difficult to apply, so I don’t think i’d repurchase. I think it did a decent job absorbing oil though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this free in exchange for an honest review. I liked the idea of this dry shampoo as a non aerosol product! The photo shows that the lid comes off to reveal a lid with a hole in it where you sprinkle the dry shampoo onto your hair. I had a little trouble aiming where the sprinkle fell in my head, so u like the idea but don’t love the actual use. Overall the shampoo itself only works ok in my hair and generally doesn’t absorb enough oil, so that’s why I gave it 3 stars.

Think baby powder dispenser but only with one of the tiny holes it makes it really hard to get the product out of the container. It’s a great formula I just wish it was easier to use.

I found it easier to blend than the aerosol. However, I struggled with the packaging. It was hard to open the valve and to get the product to come out. With improved packaging this would be an excellent drug store find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a dry shampoo powder before, only spray, so this was an interesting experience. The powder itself is fine & the bottle is easy enough to figure out. I may have had a hard time twisting to open it, though. The smell is much less overpowering than the sprays and smelled kind of nice. I’m not sure I’m a huge fan of the application process just because it’s hard to gauge how much powder to use, at least compared to the sprays. I definitely recommend doing it in sections as instructed in case you use too much powder. The excess doesn’t absorb super well into hair that’s already got some & leaves a white powdery finish. It’s a decent enough product & is supposed to be worth several spray cans, but I think I prefer the aerosols (unfortunately).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this dry shampoo! It's my first time using Batiste brand, and it was extremely effective at controlling my oily roots between washes. I usually use an aerosol dry shampoo, but was wanting to switch away from that to a true powder version. This might be my new go-to!
