Way too wide
I really wanted to love these - a classic black boot, but the calf was way too wide! I had to double check to see that I ordered the normal width instead of the wide calf. I’m normally always really happy with dolce vita shoes, but sadly was a no for me. Looked even funny when worn with skinny jeans - the top of the boot was so large it was too much of a gap for me.

I had to check my purchases to make sure I didn’t order wide. I tried them on again today to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind but these are a wide boot and it gives off weird proportions. Will be returning to store.

Love these!!
Love these boots, been looking for the perfect block heel knee highs and these couldn't been nicer! I have wide calves and they were perfect and very comfortable in the foot as well. Bought size 8, and they're true to size. Will be wearing them all winter!

Perfect fall boots! Although they may not be listed as “wide calf”, they fit exactly as the product description states (15” shaft circumference). Super comfortable. Material is softer and not rigid so expect a little slouch in the ankle when wearing If you’re looking for a more rigid boot this isn’t the one for you!
