Details & care

Crisp knife pleats bring old-school detailing plus a bit of extra room to suit pants tailored from cotton-blend corduroy imbued with a touch of stretch for easy movement. An elastic waist and a hidden drawcord keep the fit comfortable and the feel sporty while the look stays elevated and smart.

Fabrication: Corduroy is a heavyweight, wrinkle-resistant fabric characterized by plush ridges called wales and used for its low-maintenance durability that resists showing wear and tear. Typically made of cotton or wool and often woven with a small amount of stretch fibers, it keeps suits, sport coats and trousers on the casual side of formal. As a rule of thumb, the heavier and thicker the wales are, the more casual a garment becomes.

Formality: Elevated-casual occasions that require you to look on the relaxed side of well-dressed, including daytime events, business-casual meetings, work travel and social functions.
