I ordered a 10 at the sale. Way too big. Unfortunately, all smaller sizes were sold out. Finally found an 8. Still too big, but I’m keeping it because I have waited months and no 6 has shown up. The coat is more light weight than it appears. But it’s a nice material and color. Great over a sweater for fall. Normally an 8 would be too small.

Not typical Barbour
The quality is not akin to typical Barbour. Unlike what the description states, it does not have a tartan lining. It’s not very cropped & it runs very very large. The jacket was stiffer than other waxed Barbours I own and not up to the standards of the classics.

Barbour -lite
Sadly this jacket lacked the typical Barbour quality. As a long time Barbour wearer I was excited to find (what I thought would be) a shorter more modern version of my beloved Bedale. Alas, it was not much shorter, but much lighter, and unlined. Was considering if I could make it work as a lighter weight version of my beloved jacket - but the waxed cotton keeps it too heavy. Will be sending back.
