Box is labeled incorrectly!
I ordered a 10.5 US for Christmas. The box arrived before Christmas. On Christmas Day, my husband opened it the box and a 9.5 US was sent. I reordered another10.5 US another 9.5 US was sent. The boxes said 10.5 US but the size in the box is actually a 9.5 US. When I called the customer service number, the gentleman said he could send me another pair but I believe I will get the wrong size again. Very disappointed!

SHOE IS MISLABLED
I ordered this pair and although the shoe itself is very good (although it does run a little small), I received a pair one size smaller than ordered. I spoke to customer service on the phone and they said they will send the correct size. Unfortunately when it arrived, it was once again a size too small. I hope to get the correct one at some point, but until them I am really disappointed
