Used Shoe Received
Nice shoe but since it was a used return by someone, I had to return to the store. Someone tried to polish/scrap the sole to try to hide usage but it was quite obvious. Nordstorm Rack muct do a careful quality check on the dress shoes before taking it back and refunding to a customer to ensure they are not used when returned.
