Ballarini is a leading cookware company in Italy. They have been supplying home and professional kitchens for more than 130 years. I didn’t know this when I first used it. I thought it was too light to be of any value. Then I used it at work. Boy, was I schooled! The pans are made of aluminum to reduce fatigue and to ensure good heat distribution. They have a reinforced base that stays flat and doesn’t warp. And the nonstick surface is some of the most durable I have ever worked with. It minimized cooking mistakes and reduced the time in dishwashing. Both things that I like at home too. This low profile sauce pan is excellent for professional style cooking. Smaller quantities, quickly. The relatively wide bottom in relation to the lower sides is excellent for cooking a couple of portions of vegetables, simmering grains, beans, making a sauce. Excellent for healthy cooking. Low fat, grain, legume and vegetable-centric menus. Get a lid for maximum versatility. They fit perfectly, and they are relatively inexpensive. Light weight and very durable nonstick surface. Metal utensils are fine. Hand wash for long term, beautiful use.

This is an awesome line of alumium non-stick cookware from Ballarini. Made in Italy these have a nice modern look to complement any kitchen style. The pans heat up quickly, stay flat on any cooking surface even under high heat, for even cooking and are super easy to clean up. Extra long handles stay cool on the stove top for easy handling.

This is a restaurant-grade pan, will be an excellent home use as well, being this saucepan is a non-stick it is a plus! It does heat up fast because it is manufactured with alluminum and lightweight material, easy clean as well. This size is perfect for oversize cooking and excellent daily pot. Thiis is a saucepan, will also great for sauteing a large amounts of food and deep-frying.

Versatile and diverse pan which is perfect for preparations that require a lot of liquids. i use this for blanching vegetables and poaching and cooking hard boiled eggs. the high sides are great for holding and keeping the liquid without losing too much during the cooking time. Great non stick pan with easy release and clean up. Love the xtra long handle.

I use this pan almost daily; it is the perfect size for me. The nonstick coating is great and releases so well you almost don't need to clean it! The aluminum pan heats up quickly and retains the heat as well, in fact, when it comes up to the temperature, you can lower the heat a bit to maintain. Great for sautéing vegetables, making risotto, or a small batch of stove top mac 'n cheese!!
