Haven’t tried it yet but love the heavy feel and the surface

Don’t waste your money!
I filled the directions for using the pan to a T. Washed with very little mild soap, dryer thoroughly. Warmed over a low heat, added oil and waited till it was ready before adding my hash browns. It stuck immediately . Started over , skipped the hash browns, tried an egg. Stuck immediately . I bought Avalon because the ones with coatings work

Was happy but……
I have had the 10” and 12” skillets for a couple years. Loved them at first, but now the non stick coating is starting to chip and peel. The 10” pan is much worse than the 12” one. I use these almost daily.

Thick sturdy beautiful!
I just opened them. I will have to give update after I have used them. So far I can say they are so nice and how well made and thick strong very nicely made.
