Want to talk about doing wrong by your buyer? Nordstrom rack is it. I purchased a pair of boots for $249 to be exact - which as per the website was 80%. In my mind I thought - “wow, this a great deal!” Until the product arrived. DAMAGED. Stained. Broken. With no dust bag. With no box and with what appears to be a worn sole. I called customer service to exchange them or return them (same day I received them) and the said they were unable to because the item was final sale! SERIOUSLY? So because the product is damage and you want to make a profit, it’s OKAY for you to send me a damaged item? The level of disrespect they’ve achieved is out of this world. TOTAL service failure! So be aware. The boots are not worth the headaches. I’m about to thrown them away.

Worth the struggle to put on lol
I had a hard time trying to get them on, so I placed shoe stretchers in them overnight. The trick is to roll them down like socks to get your foot in and then pull them up! you must wear a footy (stockings) tho or you will need help taking them off lol. Otherwise, they are cute and worth the price. My purchase came in a Balenciaga box w/dustbag but w/o a top for the box.

Great idea, great red, impossible to put on
Love the red color & the idea of having these Balenciaga Pointed Toe Sock Boots on my feet. The reality? I sweat and cursed wanting to try them on:)
If you don’t mind the struggle of putting them on and off, go for it.
