If you wear size 28 for levis this and that, you would have to go down in size for this pair. Around size 26.

Almost Perfect
I also love Nordstrom. Anyway, not sure about the jeans, thus 4-stars. The color is great, but the rise might be a little short for me (mid-rise in the front). Length is super-perfect (32"). The pair I received were very well put together. I like the way they narrow just a tad (you don't notice unless you focus) at the bottom so they puddle perfectly. For this reason I may keep them. The puddle-effect gives them style. They really have a little bit of everything.

great classic for dressing up or down
I love Levi’s! These are a great classic pair. The waist is a tad loose. But, I like that they aren’t snug around the waist. Feels like they’ll give out a bit with wear. I went with my true size 27. The 28 felt better in the leg with my lower half being fuller. But, the waist was huge. Tried the 27s. The waist was much better. Still relaxed but, not sooo gaping in the back. The leg is more snug around the thigh. But, with a couple squats they were loosening up. Decided sizing up was not a good option. So glad I went tts. Love the medium wash. Love with a bodysuit belt and booties or a sweater and sneakers. So many options! Really great classic denim.
