great shirt but run very large

My husband wears a large in Bad Birdie golf shirts but he was swimming in this polo. The width is significantly wider.

Nice Polo

Not what I expected

This shirt was a different material than I’m used to from Bad Birdie. Much heavier and no stretch to the fabric. Also was larger than my other shirts. Probably my fault for not realizing you are making different model shirts with different materials and different sizes, but not what I’ve come to expect.
