Bad sizing, poor customer service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these boots as a gift for my wife. She's an 8.5 in every other shoe she's ever owned , however these are too small for her. I emailed customer support after submitting my return and they were entirely unhelpful in getting an exchange instead of refund. Very disappointed with TNF. I've been a customer for many years but likely not anymore.

Cute all-purpose hikers, but they run small
I love everything about these hiking boots except I ordered them online in my size (10.5) because it’s not easy to find specific shoes like hiking boots in my exact size. And sometimes when I size up to an 11- my foot is swimming in them and they are loose, which is definitely not great for hiking. I’m going to have to return them and pay for shipping to order the next size up if I want these, which is annoying. Ugh, the downside of online shopping, you never know what you’re going to get…

Run SMALL!!!
These are gorgeous boots, but they run very small! I normally wear an 8.5 or 9. I got the 9, and it is WAY small! Will be returning for a bigger size!
