Regret puchasing
Very much REGRET this ‘final sale’ purchase. IMO, product was awful. Buttons hardly worked, SO NOISY. Nothing like my previous dryer from same brand (which I loved, but which stopped working after 12 months.) Can’t return, so donated the ‘new’ PRO Titanium Xtreme 24 hours after receiving it. Now have to find another dryer before the holiday.

The hair dryer I received is NOT made in USA, so the product description is not accurate, and it's final sale, no returns, buyer beware
It's a cheap hair dryer, no better or worse than most, but not the bargain it seems to be and not what I thought I was buying.

I have purchased several BaByliss hair-dryers over the years (none from NR) and they are one of the best quality and functioning dryers I have ever used. The model I purchased from NR does not appear to be a genuine BaByliss. This model feels cheap, hardly puts out any heat, and the airflow is considerably lower. It took almost twice as long to dry my shoulder length hair. I dug my 8+ year old authentic BaByliss back out and it runs circles around this fake one. I feel like this was a special model made specifically for NR and if this is true, save your money- it's a piece of junk.

Stopped working after two weeks
I loved how it dried my hair but after two weeks it stopped working. They reluctantly gave me my money back. I didn’t want to try another one. Think it’s faulty maybe why on sale
