absolutely perfect boots
I purchased these in a 10 and i must say even though they are not leather the quality is amazing and the comfort is perfect. Im a male and have no problem walking in these all day I highly recommend them

Received Used Item
Tried this item on in store and waited for sale online to purchase. Unfortunately, I received a used pair with visible dirt on the bottom of the boots. Nordstrom Rack has no process for dealing with their own fault, and still required a return fee for a damaged item.

Pretty from afar and not super comfortable.
I kept them but they’re not a go to at all. I’ve worn them a few times and they don’t t more comfortable with wear yet. Not real leather and it shows. I was surprised bc I have a ton of this brand and these were ehhh. I needed them for an outfit though so they’re mine now. Wouldn’t do it again.

NOT good if you want to actually move in them
I wanted to love these boots. I own several pairs of Born shoes and they're all super comfortable. The boot felt great around my foot but when I walked in them, the seamed area just at the ankle dug into my leg and was very uncomfortable. I'd like to add that I have small ankles so that was not the issue. I'm very disappointed that I have to return them.

Nice but not leather
I like the fit and the heal is fun! I didn't notice they were not leather as I assumed for $100 on sale they would be leather. I don't like that they are fake otherwise they are comfortable, fit true to size. I have more strong but smaller calves and they are perfect to a little bit on my calves. Returning because I don't feel they are worth $100 for fake leather.
