Plaid Rain Coat

I am a repeat offender with this brand. This plaid trench coat did NOT disappoint. I usually buy xs but they only had size small in stock. Took a chance and actually love the oversized look. I can layer this over thick sweaters or a hoodie. I’m tossing the navy hooded insert, it’s removable and didn’t even know it was a part of the jacket when I purchased online. I am 5’3”, posted pic of me with no shoes on for length. So happy this isn’t another knee length trench and actually covers my legs. Material is high quality and gorgeous colors. Another one for the collection, blessed I got one in my size.

Purchased this because of the excellent reviews and I’m disappointed. I went according to the size chart and consideration of previous reviews and it was baggy on me. The material felt thin….loud vinyl.. I don’t know how else to explain it. Basically, every move you make gives an audible sound as the material moves with your body. Not to mention the weird single breast lapel that seems like either they forgot to add the other lapel or going for a failed asymmetrical look. The photos are deceiving. I took a screenshot and highlighted the missing lapel area. Not a good fit, material and product in my opinion. This was returned. I don’t recommend.
