Wanted to love...
I am a sucker for anything hearts, but this just did not work. It fit me like a glove (TTS or if anything runs the slightest bit small) but the bubble hem just looked silly, and the skirt is super, I mean super short. Adorable print, and nice weight to the fabric, but for me, the style was all wrong.
