Very high quality! Lots of body in the skirt, nicely lined, the pleats are beautiful! I still need to iron it but showed a selfie trying it on. I am a 34 D and size 30 pants and the 6 fit well for me, even though the recommended measurements placed me between the 4 and the 6. I am frequently between sizes because I am curvy, and would definitely recommend sizing up if you are unsure with this dress, especially because the fabric is non-stretch.

Size up because the top of fitted. I usually wear an 8 but a 10 fit perfectly. Super cute and be dressed up or down depending on shoes and jewelry! Much cuter on, in my opinion, when you try it on in person that than the picture shows. Very stylish!
