wanted to love but it has issues

I think this dress is so beautiful. I love the print and it’s so flattering. The picture shows that it is not fully lined but it actually is fully lined which made me like it even more. The only issue is that the fabric is delicate and every time I tried to order this, it showed up with damage and tears. I wish it was better constructed or quality control.
