Definitely has a mid century, tweed couch thing going on. I think the skirt on its own is very cute but the vest + the skirt is too much. Also, the skirt has shorts and vest doesn’t have a zipper so you have button and unbutton it and this dress is now effectively a romper. I have no idea how you’d use the restroom outside of taking it off entirely.
