I am 5' 1" and 140-145 lbs, size 8 and 10 and got this in a Medium. It fit perfect. Love the quality. I am gentle with the bow/snap closures based on reading the previous reviews. My mom loved it so much on me, she bought one in her size. She's a size 12 and got the large and it fit well.

Cute but low quality
I thought this shirt was so cute, so purchased it. It's adorable on - but both bows came off within 2 hours of wearing this top - to an office no less. I was just sitting at my cubicle and both bows came off within the first two hours. I wish I could return it, but since I took the tags off i can't. I wouldn't recommend this top since the quality is not up to par.
