What it is: A silky-soft pencil eyeliner designed to intensify your overall makeup look.
What it does: This blendable pencil with adjustable coverage is designed to glide on effortlessly to subtly define or intensify your look.
How to use: For an ultra-glamorous look, extend the pencil eyeliner slightly beyond the outer corner of the eyes, or use the smudger end to transform the liner into a smoky-eye look. Build in other eyeliner colors using the brush and damp eyeshadow. Be sure to sharpen the pencil well before use to ensure a precise line, and apply as close to your lashes as possible.

Unfortunately, not a winner
Unfortunately I can’t recommend this eye pencil. Within an hour of application on my bottom eyelid it will run down and smudge. For the top lid it is fine, but the way it works on the bottom lid makes this product unusable for me.

I think this is a great pencil, but
I always buy Amani eye makeup! I have bought this pencil numerous times, but like other pencils, it falls apart when I attempt to sharpen it
