Arlo Metallic Weatherproof Tall Boot (Women)

I never had issues with buying shoes of this brand (I have several pares), but not this time. Yes, it says it runs small in the description box, but not nearly 2 sizes down! My size is 11B and getting size 12 is normally would feel comfortable and fine. These boots are very small even though it says size 12 on the sole. But that’s not it! They have significant defect where they are super small and tight in the area of the arch of your foot. It’s even impossible to push your foot down through this tight area that on top of has stitching! I had to wear a plastic bag on my foot to be able to pull it on and that’s how I know that they run 2 !!! sizes small. Very disappointed and upset. Not mentioning a broken box (of shoes themselves) and not nice presentation of the product. To compare you can see my boots size 12B from Stuart Weitzman and these being size 12. Even visually they are much smaller not to mention inside padding of Aquatalia that makes them even smaller. I want my money back!!!
