supportive and dry
I took a risk switching from my old standard Rockport to Ariat. I am an 11 in Rockport but their quality has declined. I bought an 11 in these and wore them daily all winter through rain and slush. they were supportive, dry and comfortable right out of the box and broke in nicely.
waiting to buy another color next year to add to my daily wears.
got many many compliments on the java color (not quite brown/green seems to go with everything!)

leather not smooth, lived-in look
Was looking for waterproof Chelsea boots that look good and durable and this specific boot came up in an article as their top recommendation. The picture on the Nordstrom site gives the appearance like the leather of the boot is very smooth however, when I received the product, it looks very wrinkly, which is not the look I was going for. If you like the lived-in look, then this is fine, it just wasn’t what I wanted.

Beautiful, but too stiff at the top
These boots are beautiful & I love them but... I wear a 7-7.5, got the 7.5 & they were too big (my heel is coming out). The challenge is how stiff the leather is - I find them a little hard to get into & the top opening is a but smaller than the Wexford Lug. Also the leather across the top rim is stiff; when I walk it hits against my shins & it hurts. Unfortunately I'm returning them though I wish they'd have worked as they were exactly what I was looking for.

Perfectly Beautiful Boot!
This boot is a classic! The style and quality is unmatched! The quality of materials are top notch and it doesn’t present as a waterproof boot. It’s sturdy and dressy at the same time. They will go with tights, dress pants, jeans, and skirts. I highly recommend these boots!

Excellent Boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried so many pairs of boots over the years looking for the perfect blend of style and comfort and practicality for winter weather. The Wexford Waterproof Chelsea Boot gave me all of these positives at a reasonable price. I wear and ordered an 8.5 medium for a perfect fit, and the boots are cute and comfortable and have kept me dry through some wet snowy weather. Would definitely buy again.

Perfect for Every Season
Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable from day one. And the color and style look equally amazing with my blue jeans and flannel or summer dress and sweater. Take a chance- green really is a Bold neutral. I am over the Moon with my choice.

Best boot!
