Sierra Genuine Shearling Boot

The issue with this boot is its shaft. It’s too short to wear with a pant that hits at or near the ankle, and it’s too wide to wear with a straight-leg pant. This limits you to wearing the shoe with a longer, wider-leg pant, but to me, that looks dated. That said, I find the shoe comfortable - as long as you wear a long sock and insert your own insole.

These are adorable, comfortable, and easy to walk in. I like that they have a realistic density so that the boot isn’t so heavy when you’re walking. It’s beautiful in color and quality. I was told by personal shopper they are water-proofed. I did see that there was another review on here that mentioned they believe these shoes are not likely water resistant. So I double checked on the Vince website to figure that out and according to the details shared under this boot online they say they use a Water-repellant finish. Although, I’ve only worn them on dry days so far, so I can’t attest to that based on any of my own experience. Either way! Great boot, perfect to dress up or down. Only thing I would tell others interested in purchasing, is to be aware the shoes do run a bit big. I went down a half size and they fit perfectly

These boots check all the boxes! They are sleek and comfortable and stylish! I’ve been looking for a boot that is NoT clunky like the Chelsea and these are so good. I purchased the Elmwood in 8 (I’m normally an 8.5) and these are so comfy. I’ve worn them for hours and no blisters or rubbing wrong . Definitely a great purchase!
