Kat Platform Bootie

I am very disappointed with the quality of these boots. The leather looks like a dusty white residue all over the surface. I clean them thoroughly, but the residue keeps coming back again and again. For a luxury brand at this price point, this is simply unacceptable. I expected much better quality and durability from GANNI. To make matters worse, I live outside the United States, so dealing with returns or exchanges is much more complicated. The boots look beautiful, but the recurring issue with the leather has completely affected my experience with the product. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The leather is stiff and they are on the narrow side, I had to keep them as they were not returnable. I have put in shoe stretchers to see if I can get the width to fit better
