Sidestrike West Glory Cowboy Boot (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the Ariat Sidestrike Boots and they've quickly become one of my favorite pairs. Right out of the box, they were extremely comfortable with little to no break-in required, and the fit feels snug and supportive without being restrictive. The cushioning makes them easy to wear all day, whether I'm working or just out and about. I also really like the look of these boots-they have a rugged yet stylish design with high-quality leather and clean stitching that pairs well with jeans or work pants. The traction is solid, the construction feels durable, and they've held up great to regular wear so far. Overall, the Ariat Sidestrike Boots deliver excellent comfort, style, and durability, and I'd highly recommend them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple pairs of Ariat boots. 4 different pairs of cowboy/western boots and 2 of the same lace up boots(1 is brand new back up because I like them so much. I originally ordered the same size for all of my other boots. I received these and there was way too much heel lift. I reached out to Ariat on 12/03/2025 and let them know that as well as that I did not have a lot of toe room to go down smaller size. I finally received a response on 12/09 after emails, calls and online chat attempts. Their solution was to go down half a size even knowing I said I did not have a lot of toe room left in the original size. I was not excited about that. I finally received my replacements on 12/20/25. First day of wearing them they immediately gave me discomfort in my toes from being too tight. I decided to treat them with some mink oil and power through it. They broke in relatively quickly and the heel lift was normal like the other pairs I currently own. Aside from that, the soles start out very slick. If you work or frequently walk in an environment with slick footing, I would make sure to break these in very well before wearing in that environment. I tried these in commercial kitchens, retail floors and throughout office buildings walking many steps every day. I did make the mistake of wearing them on a motorcycle ride and had some slight issues trying to move bike via foot pedal reverse and stopping on slick pavement at lights. Once I got them scuffed up on the soles after a week or two of use it was much more tolerable. I still cannot wear these as long as my other boots because of the toe cramping issue. However, they are very comfortable in the heel with the gel insert and airbag to reduce fatigue. If they fit better in the toes for me I would be very happy with them and most likely give them 5 stars. I think they are worth a shot trying provided you are not maybe "in between" their sizes like it seems I was.
