Very disappointed
I did not receive the boots I ordered. Received a totally different style boot and size as well. Very disappointing as I was expecting the boots to be the right ones to wear to a function 5 days after receiving them. No message that they did not have the correct boot to fulfill my order, just sent a random pair!?!

Already ripped
Bought these yesterday, already ripped! Also the back heel is hard to go in because of the sticky suede like material inside the boot right where the heel has to go in. Not happy, never bought Ariat brand before, not sure I will in the future.

bummed with quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a pair of Ariat boots that are 10+ years old, quality seems to have declined. The boot tab ripped as I was putting on the boot. Very disappointed. Also bought wide and they were still very narrow.

NOT actually wide width boots, such a let down
These are NOT wide width boots. These are only 3/8" wider than their original boots, and are still narrower than the regular-width boots I own. Such a let down, I wanted to love these. And my feet aren't even exceptionally wide.
Second style I've tried, and the same issue. Ariat does not actually make wide width women's boots.
