Sent wrong purse twice
Daughter loved the purse when we received the correct one.
First time I ordered, was sent a different style purse from purse company. Returned, ordered again, received correct purse, daughter loved it. The zipper pull broke after she put a charm on it. I ordered her a new purse, received the wrong style purse again. Called AOTA and emailed no response back, was told I’d get a return call and that “it’s just a bag ma’am.”
