Jadon Bootie (Women)

I really liked these beautiful, very well-made boots. However, the right boot fit smaller than the left one. If I had changed them for the next size up, size 9, the left one would have been too big, and I had already ordered them a half-size larger than my normal size 8. Nordstrom should know the boots arrived inside a white and blue Nordstrom shoe bag, surrounded by brown paper, and within an exterior shipping box that was opened (tape was cut). When I returned them, the associate asked where was the manufacturer's box? I told her the story, and she was as shocked as I was when I received them.
